With almost 150 stores across Australia and NZ and more on the horizon.We’re on the lookout for an experienced National Property Manager to take the reins of our property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love juggling lease negotiations, and can manage a pipeline of new store openings while optimising existing assets—this is your opportunity to make your mark.About the RoleReporting to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for managing our national property portfolio, ensuring it supports our growth, brand positioning, and commercial performance. From new store rollouts to renewals, make-goods, and landlord negotiations, you'll be our go-to expert.What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-end management of all retail leases and property-related matters
Leading lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
Identifying and securing new retail locations in line with business strategy
Managing make-goods, refurbishments, and store closures
Building strong relationships with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders
Driving cost efficiencies and risk mitigation across the property portfolio
Manage the store maintenance process

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a senior property role within a multi-site retail environment
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Solid understanding of retail leasing legislation and practices (nationally)
Experience managing property strategy at a national level
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
