- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide timely pipelining, mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of roles.
- Full life cycle recruiting - market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations.
- Identify, develop, recommend and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidates in an effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the candidate experience as the candidate goes through the recruitment process.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an end to end, in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency.
- Ability to build a strong rapport, consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of the market in terms of candidates and employers.
- Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation as well as externally.
- Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills.
- Energetic, ambitious and results-oriented.
