We are making significant progress and are looking to bolster our teams further with additional Lawyer positions to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a long-term commitment to their career in corporate law within a firm that will back their development and ambitions.What We're Looking For
  • Proven M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading firm (5 years + PQE)
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills
  • A commercial mindset and ability to provide strategic advice
  • Strong team orientation, with the drive to mentor and support junior colleagues
  • Commitment to building long-term client relationships
