More information about our benefits can be viewed here:About the role and teamWe have an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join our growing Commercial Property & Projects team in Newcastle to work with a highly regarded partner.The practice provides advice to government, the private sector and large community housing providers in relation to major tenders, property development projects, social and affordable housing projects, social infrastructure, activation and divestment of Government land and all types of real property matters including land due diligence, multi-million dollar purchases and sales, commercial and retail leasing, licensing, easements, restrictive covenants, public positive covenants.Our Property & Projects team is growing nationally. We are seeking a motivated Lawyer eager to work in a collaborative team environment that offers the opportunity to work on an interesting and varied range of projects and property matters.Skills and experienceWe would like to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:

between 2 - 6 years of post-admission experience in front-end property, projects and/ or infrastructure related matters;
experience drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of property and project delivery agreements;
experience advising on property law and related legislation;
are self-motivated and eager to learn;
have excellent attention to detail; and
have a strong client service ethic.
