We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.About the Role:An exciting opportunity is open for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team, located in Warwick Farm.Responsibilities include:

Perform end-to-end payroll processing, using an integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems (Mitrefinch, ConnX and MicrOpay)
Posting weekly and monthly payroll General Ledgers
Processing Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Commitment to confidentiality to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Experience with MicrOpay
High level of attention to detail coupled with an efficient approach to achieving outcomes
Experience in payroll processing and ability to learn to specific awards
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional oral and written communication
