We're on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive to join our clients Strata brokerage, to assist with key accounts and leading a team of brokers.Who will you be working with?Reporting directly to the GM, this role will have you managing key accounts with the support of a team of brokers you will be leading. This brokerage has experienced significant growth over the last few years and as a result are looking for an additional Senior Account Executive join their business. What will you be doing?

Service an existing portfolio of strata clients with a focus on retention
Day to day team management responsibilities.
Foster strong client and underwriter relationships
Provide key support to the GM
Identify talent in the market to facilitate future team growth

What do you need?

Broking experience as an Account Manager
Tier 1 broking qualification
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong communication skills with ability to manage client relationships
Friendly and positive personality with a passion for growth and development
