We’re doing it with our customers and communities as Australia’s energy infrastructure partner, a role our unique experience and expertise positions us to play.We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader West – Electrical to join us in our Operations & Maintenance team in Cobar, NSW on a full time permanent basis.Reporting to the Manager Asset Operations West, you will play a key role in leading the operations and maintenance team, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining equipment, and achieving operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations and maintenance team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational and maintenance processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
  • Identify and address issues that could impact operations or maintenance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training.
