This position will also coordinate administrative systems and procedures to enable the department to achieve their objectives to deliver a high quality frontline patient/customer service in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.Benefits

Selection Criteria * Demonstrated experience in providing a wide range of high level administrative services in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write accurate and concise reports, documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
  • High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently using initiative and judgement to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team in providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as require
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and supporting an effective team with the ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, coach and monitor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of patient billing practices.
