Store Repairs & Maintenance Co-Ordinator | Permanent Full-time | PyrmontHanes Australasia is famous for marketing iconic everyday brands. Working for us means something different, explore it for yourself...We are looking for a Store Repairs and Maintenance Co-ordinator to support the Store Development team in a fast paced and rapidly expanding business. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Store Managers, Area and State Managers, and external stakeholders, and is accountable for activities that ensure all store repairs run smoothly and reliably.Key responsibilities include:

Co-ordinating and communicating planned maintenance activities
Contractor Management including inductions and audits
Arranging facility services
Support with Store Development projects
Ensuring all suppliers have the correct insurances and work permits
Data input, collation and analysis
Diagnosing faults
Liaising with 3rd party providers
Project and continuous improvement activities
Invoicing and budgeting.

Essential to your success:

We will accept graduate applications and/or experience in Project Management
Strong analytical skills
