What will you do?
  • Maintain marine equipment and operate marine vehicles to transport guests, team members, and tours
  • Ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of the delivery of guest service related to the activities function
  • Meet and greet incoming and outgoing guests, conduct tours, spearhead activities, and oversee property transfers
  • Support the implementation of plans and strategies to improve speed of service and operational efficiencies
  • Create a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
More about you
  • Certificate of Competency - Full Grade 1 Coxswain or higher required
  • Must hold AU HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID015
  • Other required certificates include manual driver's license, Long Range Operator certificate of proficiency, Responsible Service of Alcohol, AS 2299 diving medical certificate, Provide Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Therapy certificate
  • Knowledge of marine environment, dive industry, resort flora, fauna, bird, and animal life
  • Fishing guide experience and PADI instructor certification preferred
  • Valid Padi Diving insurance and PADI membership
  • Dive Master or Dive Instructor qualifications will be highly regarded
