Our scholarship aims to support you as you commence your teaching career with us in 2025. Our Graduate Scholarship Program offers financial incentive, early offer of appointment and employment certainty through permanency.Scholarship Opportunity

FINANCIAL - $4500 ($500 initial payment; $2000 at end of 1st and 2nd year)

All interested preservice teachers who meet the eligibility criteria are encourage to nominate their secondary college of their choice.Interviews for scholarships will be completed by the individual secondary colleges.Please review the information in the link below for a summary of the information below:Eligibility Criteria

Be due to graduate and confer in 2024 and be able to obtain provisional QCT Registration prior to the commencement of the 2025 School Year. *Please note these timeframes do not apply to mid-year graduates in 2025 and are in line with conferral dates.

Scholarship Conditions

Applications are welcome from anyone who would support the Catholic ethos and mission
Relevant tertiary qualification (or eligible to graduate in 2024 or mid-year 2025)
Evidence of successfully passing the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education
Demonstrate professional knowledge, practice and engagement
Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
A desire to serve the community of Central Queensland
