
GH Quality Partner - Governance & Improvement

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of internal/external quality frameworks, relevant standards, and GH's committee structures and functions.
- Supports and promotes GH's audit schedule, including conducting audits, data analysis, and reporting using infographics and other formats.
- Assists clinical and corporate teams with quality improvement activities and gap analyses.
- Educates and supports staff in using electronic tools like RiskMan, the GH Auditing Platform, and SharePoint.
- Facilitates Practice Improvement Groups and collaborates with staff and consumers to drive quality outcomes.
- Prepares reports and provides accreditation support or leadership as delegated.
- Holds a clinical health qualification with mandatory AHPRA registration; post-graduate qualifications and experience in quality/improvement are preferred.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of risk management, clinical redesign, regulatory frameworks
- Experienced in coaching, leading organisational change, facilitating quality improvement initiatives, and supporting accreditation and education delivery.
- Highly skilled in research, data analysis, and report writing; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to translate research and safety insights into practice.
- Shows accountability, stress tolerance, planning ability, and drive for continuous improvement; adaptable to change and committed to high-quality work.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with proven skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and staff development across multidisciplinary teams.
