This is a fantastic opportunity for a broker with 2+ years' experience to step into a role with real responsibility—managing your own portfolio. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow your own portfolio of SME to mid-market clients
Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation
Liaise with underwriters and insurers to deliver client outcomes
Collaborate with an internal support team to streamline operations

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance broking (commercial preferred)
Tier 1 qualified (or currently completing it)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused mindset
Motivation to develop technically and grow within the industry
