Join the general ward team delivering high-quality patient care at Queanbeyan District Hospital. You'll support RNs and ENs with daily care, observations, patient mobility, and documentation to keep the ward running smoothly and safely.Requirements
- Essential:
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (or equivalent)
- Recent experience as an AIN in a general/medical-surgical ward
- Current vaccinations (incl. Flu & COVID-19) and NSW Police Check
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills (EMR)
- Desirable:
- Experience with manual handling, pressure injury prevention, and basic wound care support
- Familiarity with NSW Health policies and eMR systems
