- Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care
- Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge
- Promote Accor’s loyalty program and support sign-up targets
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences
- Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Previous experience in hotel front office or a customer-facing hospitality role
- A guest-first mindset with great attention to detail and service delivery
- Proactive, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
- A background with Accor and knowledge of its service culture and standards is considered an advantage.
