- Be proactive and anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and enable strategic focus through sound judgement, discretion, and initiative.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, respectful, and solutions-focused interactions and correspondence.
- Oversee scheduling and diary management, coordinate key meetings and ensure documentation, follow-ups, and priorities are well-managed.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, support budget monitoring and reporting, and lead efforts to streamline workflows, improve process and boost operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment; support onboarding and knowledge sharing while upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Promote a culture that supports, innovation, wellbeing, high performance and fun.
- Demonstrated experience supporting an executive in a Personal or Executive Assistant capacity or strong administrative and stakeholder management experience
- Confidence in engaging respectfully with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing demands, anticipate needs, and adapt to shifting priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to produce high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, trust, and integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with a focus on continuous improvement
