Type: Full time permanent, fixed term contract (both modes available)We are looking for an SAP Operations Lead / Manager to support and manage the SAP Finance platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across SAP FICO modules, working knowledge of CATS and Reinsurance, and at least 4 years of experience in a lead or managerial role. Familiarity with FSCD and RE-FX is a strong advantage. This role demands both strategic oversight and active involvement in day-to-day operations.Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a lead or managerial capacity within SAP operations.
- 10+ years of hands-on support across all SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP integration points.
- Working knowledge of CATS and Reinsurance processes in SAP.
- Experience in managing SAP operations in a complex, regulated environment.
- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exposure to FSCD (Financial Services - Collections and Disbursements).
- Knowledge of RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
- Experience with S/4HANA environments.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Lead day-to-day SAP operations for finance, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
- Provide hands-on support across all SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Support and enhance CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) processes and integrations.
- Manage reinsurance-related processes and ensure accurate financial postings.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security, and Development teams for system changes and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
