Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries
Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using our CRM
Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements
Shadow senior recruiters and work directly under our Principal to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy
Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile
Provide first class candidate and client experiences at every touchpoint
What you need to bring:
Confidence and charisma, recruitment is a people business and relationships matter
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times
A go getter mindset, proactive, solutions driven, and ambitious
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast moving industry
Tech savviness, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms
Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits
A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long term career in recruitment
Customer service, sales, law, construction, or hospitality background (desirable but not essential)
A current Australian Driver's Licence
