
Operations Controller

- 4D - Four consecutive day shifts, 04:00 -16:00
- 4R - Four consecutive rest days (days off)
- 4N - Four consecutive night shifts, 16:00-04:00
- 4R - Four consecutive rest days
- Support daily operational activities, including service delivery, compliance monitoring, driver liaison, rostering, and reporting.
- Work closely with Depot Managers to help implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of school runs, route services, special events, and charter operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on high-quality service and performance.
- Manage daily staff resource allocations, including maintaining driver rosters via Coach Manager.
- Support cost-effective staffing strategies in collaboration with management.

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or operations is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Minimum MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence is required.
- A current PTD (Passenger Transport Driver) accreditation and Working with Children Check, or the willingness to obtain them.
- Current First Aid Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate integrated software systems (experience with TIMS is highly regarded).
