We are seeking a highly efficient and self-motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional manner. The successful applicant will display strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.In this role, you will undertake a variety of administrative and financial duties. These include greeting visitors, responding to enquiries, supporting student enrolment processes, and maintaining accurate records, particularly those related to student health and well-being.You will assist with financial processes such as EFTPOS and credit card payments, invoicing, cash handling, and reconciliations. You will provide support with the administration of the school’s marketing, financial, physical, and human resources, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the security of sensitive information.
