Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next role? We are seeking a Recruiter to join the team in Mackay, QLD.Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates and conducting phone screening interviews
Manage onboarding processes for new employees
Coordinate and order PPE
Book accommodation and arrange travel for staff
Support the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to induction

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven recruitment experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with candidates and internal teams
