Join City of Moreton Bay as an Audio-Visual Support Officer and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Support Officer to join our Technology Services Team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for AV systems across Council sites, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional support to our teams and community.Key responsibilities:

Responding to and managing AV support requests.
Troubleshooting and resolving AV issues on-site.
Designing, configuring, and supporting AV systems for meetings, MS Teams rooms, and Council events.
Managing AV equipment lifecycle and procurement.
Collaborating on Council projects and events to deliver seamless AV services.
Maintaining accurate ICT asset records and documentation.
Engaging with external AV vendors and working within budget requirements.
Reviewing and improving AV-related procedures and processes.

About youYou will be a tech-savvy problem solver that enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in providing high-quality support. With a strong foundation in Audio-Visual systems and technical support you will have a customer-focused mindset where you will be ready to take ownership of technical challenges and contribute to a high-performing customer focused team.You will bring:

Proven experience in audio-visual operations and technical support.
Current C Class Driver's Licence (travel to sites required when necessary)
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switches, routers, patching, DHCP and VPN
Strong computer literacy, including OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple OS.
Good understanding of AV principals and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with users and vendors
Strong time management and ability to prioritise
