Financial Analyst

• Conduct financial analysis on income, expenditures, and price performance within the industry.
• Prepare reports and present data, including variance analysis, forecasts, and pricing updates, to senior executives.
• Develop financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities and promote revenue growth.
• Aid in the preparation of annual budgets and assist with month-end accounts.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by reviewing internal workflows to mitigate risks and optimize resources.
• Support and train team members while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to promote the organization as a thought leader.
• Comply with grant reporting, Workplace Health & Safety Acts, and accreditation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA or CA commenced or completed).
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as PowerBI
