- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to provide first call resolution
- Return Member voicemails
- Action and respond to portal calls and emails
- Support for staff and members in MyCap
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing complaints and feedback provided by members and suppliers
- 1 years' experience within a Customer Service oriented role
- Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
