$120K - $130K + Super | On-site ParkingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a sharp, commercially minded Business Manager to partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team in executing the company’s strategic goals. With direct influence over national operations, you will ensure alignment between executive vision and day-to-day delivery by leading people, projects, and performance.You will act as a bridge between executive support and operations, overseeing cross-functional leaders and driving results across service delivery, business systems, stakeholder relationships, and internal growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic planning and execution
- Align and mentor cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Executive Support
- Lead business process improvement, system implementations, and national service consistency
- Support expansion into new markets through operational readiness and workforce planning
- Contribute to tender submissions and business proposals with a focus on delivery capability
- Represent the business in high-level client, partner, and stakeholder interactions
- Oversee key functions including reporting, budgets, project timelines, and compliance
- A proven Executive Assistant or Business Manager ready to take the next step into strategic leadership
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders while managing business operations, projects, and people
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on, outcome-driven mindset
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and aligning multiple business units
- Commercially savvy, with experience across budget management, reporting, and executive planning
- Confident in a fast-paced, service-based business (background in facilities or related sectors ideal)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
