In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Neuroscience Department at our Fitzroy campus.This role will be part time, working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal as the cornerstone of our nursing leadership in delivering patient-centered care with compassion and excellence. ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding ANUM, you are a master at providing direction, support and advice to nursing & support personnel on a shift-by-shift basis to ensure timely, safe, evidence-based patient centred care that demonstrates optimal patient care and experience.Your skills will include:
  • Demonstrated ability to recognise, support, develop and utilise the skill of team members and to identify staff development needs
  • Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations, recent relevant emergency training
  • An understanding and commitment to total quality service
  • Ability to promote teamwork and actively contribute to the management of the Team, Unit, Nursing Department and the Hospital
