About the opportunityWe're looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to be a part of our energetic, passionate, and dynamic team at Cup & Carry where we're committed to customer service excellence and quality products.If you're awesome at sales, then join us! We love branding and helping customers print customised packaging. We manufacture and print environmentally friendly packaging right here in Adelaide.Cup & Carry uses our online order process, our sales team and cool digital marketing to get our products out there. Customers love that we have low minimum quantities, and we make it easy for them to proceed with custom printed packaging, which we dispatch in one week. Our service model is all about fun, not frustration.Our customers include cafes, pubs, restaurants and all sorts of food and beverage outlets. We deal with wineries, corporates, small businesses, retailers, online retailers, events, schools and many more. We also build partnerships with resellers such as marketing agencies, event management companies and distributors. So, if you love connecting with all different sorts of people, then you will love this.About youWhat you'll need:Proven success in a similar role.The ability to present solutions to customers by phone and email, making it easy for them.The ability to nurture our database of leads, to quickly uncover and understand needs and present our offering to grow sales, and drive engagement.An energetic, fun, and engaging approach.High levels of energy, determination, and tenacity.Great communication skillsA drive for getting results and enjoyment from being part of a team.Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (Salesforce and Shopify)What we'll offer you:
