We are seeking a motivated and outgoing PART TIME for the position of Commercial Cleaning/Site Supervisor - IN THE BRISBANE CBD AREAMonday to Friday2:00PM - 6:00PMABOUT THE ROLEThis person will directly report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract in Brisbane's CBD.

The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.Main Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve: * Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.

Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements.
Implementing and managing a successful team around you to achieve contractual KPIs.
Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
Client Liaison
Daily Quality Assurance Inspections
Rostering and organising cleaners for the daily cleaning requirements
