An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join a well-established national business, based at their Bayswater, WA site.
In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across the power generation sector. Your focus will be on identifying market opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and delivering tailored solutions that align with the customer's needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage enquiries, tender submissions, and sales opportunities across your designated territory
  • Engage with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to grow market share
  • Leverage internal technical and commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events to foster relationships and stay ahead of market trends
About You:
  • Background in sales within power generation, heavy equipment, or technical industries
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with a strategic, customer-focused approach
  • Trade or technical background preferred, though not essential
  • Resilient, driven, and proactive in identifying and closing opportunities
