- Provide regular feedback to improve sales performance.
- Maintain store presentation standards
- Handle customer service issues promptly.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Previous Retail/Sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics required
- Motivate staff to increase sales
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
- Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
