The campus is surrounded by trees and offers ample free parking on site.The Role:In this role of as an Administration and Projects Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Manager Business and Development, and Project Manager and team through data entry, maintaining databases, developing, engagement with providers and project contracts.What do I need?
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in office administration procedures within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication, time management, attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, the internet and basic office equipment).
  • Ability to responsibly manage confidential material and documents according to organisational requirements.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety as it pertains to office procedures.
Desirable
  • Prior experience in contract, legal or category management
  • Knowledge or understanding of Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Lifestyle or Educational Services
