- Ensure compliance with regulations, child safety, and mandatory reporting standards
- Contribute to a positive and nurturing team culture
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent)
- VIT registration (Provisional or Full)
- 2+ years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a Kindergarten setting
- Demonstrated success in running a high-quality funded program
- Strong understanding of frameworks, compliance and child safety practices
- Confident communicator who can engage with families and support children’s learning journeys
