- A genuine interest in banking or financial services
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)

- Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
- Providing account balances
- Replacing debit and credit cards
- Updating personal information
- Resolving issues with online banking
- Investigating transactions and disputes
- Managing fraud inquiries
- Logging complaints and capturing feedback
- Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols
- Weeks 1-3: Classroom training, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm (NSW time)
- Weeks 4-7: On-the-job training, Monday-Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am-8:00 pm (NSW time) required

- During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training.
