Main tasks: This role will share its focus between leading the Victorian team and dealing with key business accounts in the region.Other tasks:
- Train and coach your team to ensure their job satisfaction and best performance
- Drive role accountability, encouraging staff to deliver the best customer solutions
- Spend time on the road visiting customers and providing on-the-job staff development
- Support the sales team in new business prospecting and managing accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate market changes and develop strategic plans to facilitate business growth
- Foster collaboration with essential stakeholders to fortify business partnerships
- Participate in improvement initiatives for operational efficiency

- Previous working success in sales management & staff leadership
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proven experience in managing profit, loss, & budgetary requirements
- A hands-on leader who actively engages with customers, coaches staff, and fosters a culture of accountability.
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience with a technical or mechanical based building product
- OHS certification or relevant training
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
