Sutton's Bakery are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Echuca.The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:- Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking ·
- Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
- Various baking techniques and methods
- Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
- Stock management and ordering
- Cleaning and equipment upkeepSkills and Abilities: ·- Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant field
