Omni Recruit are currently seeking skilled Baristas to join our Casual Staffing Pool on the Gold Coast.How it WorksOur work is event-based and flexible. After a quick registration, you'll receive shift notifications with details like date, location, uniform, and pay rate. Accept or decline shifts directly from your phone. It’s ideal for anyone with a part-time job looking to earn extra income or those juggling casual work who want to boost their weekly earnings.Your Responsibilities:
  • Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
  • Serve customers efficiently
  • Managing queues & meeting customer expectations
  • Keep areas tidy & clean
  • Work as part of a team
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista
  • Flexible availability including weekends
  • Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly demeanour always even under pressure
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation
  • Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
  • Keen eye for detail & cleanliness
