- At least 5 years of solid and demonstrable experience in driving banking transformations
- Strong Experience in complex projects in one or more of the following capacities: solution designer, solution architect, technical business analyst
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment, and cards management (NPP, BPAY, DD, APN).
- 5 years' experience in a client facing/advisory role in a Consulting environment.
- A strong analytical mindset supported by a quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes with pride.
- Demonstrable experience in influencing senior executives and driving strategic outcomes.
- Experience in developing formal reports and presentations.
- Experience in devising business cases with a clear understanding of cost and benefit levers and how they are modelled.
- Business storytelling, workshop design and facilitation and strong presentation skills
- Superior communication and collaboration skills with experience communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A drive to challenge the status quos to provide clarity and improve the overall outcomes for our clients.
- Structured thinking, with the ability to decompose complex problems and ideas into understandable and structured designs and specifications.
