We support dairy, pasture, horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef and lifestyle market segments with a wide range of merchandise, fertiliser and agronomic services.Being a Store Manager with AG Warehouse:We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our growing team in Yarram. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and through on-farm engagement.What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a diverse team of staff, including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants
Oversee store operations and the fertiliser depot
Manage store profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting
Coordinate deliveries, supplier relationships, and store presentation
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with local farmers
Support seasonal needs and product knowledge across seed, fertiliser, and rural merchandise
What You’ll Bring
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in rural retail store management
Experience in the agribusiness sector is highly desirable
Fertiliser knowledge is desirable but not essential
Strong financial, sales, and operational acumen
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
