- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Victorian EV charging market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EVSE’s products, services, and market trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Represent EVSE at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at EVSE by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in technology, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
- Ability to develop and close new business
- Will positively contribute to the office sales culture
- Ability to develop existing accounts and close further existing business
- Strong understanding of solution selling and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of the EV charging industry and/or sustainability sector preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Victoria.
