You'll be hands-on, leading your shift and making sure the store runs like clockwork across different peak trading periods. From the morning rush to evening demand, you'll be managing people, pace and standards.Oversee daily store operations across key trading periodsLead, motivate, and inspire a team of casuals and shift supervisorsSupport the Store Manager with training and developmentDeliver exceptional service in a fast-moving environmentKeep the team energised, engaged, and focused on resultsWho are you?
You're not from a slow retail environment - you're from grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or big-box retail. You understand pace, volume, and people management, and you know how to get the best out of your team.3-5 years' management experience in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to lead large, young and diverse teamsA natural multitasker who thrives under pressureOrganised, hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleevesConfident communicator who keeps teams motivated and customers happy * Able to work a combination of mornings, nights & weekend shiftsWhat's in it for you?
