  • Perform a variety of tasks, including housekeeping, kitchen hand duties, dining room service, and tavern operations.
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for village residents. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.
To be considered:
  • Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
  • Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment
  • Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate desired.
  • RSA Certificate (desired).
  • Driver's License/ Photo ID required
  • Forklift License (desired)
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from site
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
