Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the roleAs the Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of the Early Parenting Centre.From referral to discharge-or simply as a visitor-you'll be the first point of contact for families, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.In this vital role, you will:Oversee the reception area, managing admissions and discharges with professionalism and warmthMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient recordsHandle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support across program areasWe're looking for someone who is well-presented, highly organised, and confident in managing competing demands.
