About UsHitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.The OpportunityWith consistent growth in our Western region, our Perth Mining Assembly branch has an exciting opportunity for a quality focused Boilermaker to join our Perth based workshop team. As a key member of the team, your role will see you perform boiler making and welding repairs on a range of construction and mining equipment.You will be responsible for:

Providing fabrication and repair tasks to a variety of construction and earthmoving equipment
Design and fabrication of local options for earthmoving equipment
Be able to interpret technical drawings
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

To be successful in this role you will:

Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) trade qualifications
Hold a current driver's licence
High Risk Work licences (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc.) are desirable
