Location: SACleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia. Within our Industrial & Waste Services division, we provide total waste management business solutions to our customers including industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high-pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV. We have an exciting opportunity for a Planner/ Scheduler to work on our contract with Santos, based in Whyalla, SA.Your new roleThe newly created Planner/Scheduler role is responsible for coordinating labour resource planning requirements for Santos's business operations to ensure high standards of operational excellence. Based in Whyalla, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Co-ordinate all daily services to ensure services are delivered for scheduled and contracted requirements to meet a consistently high standard.
  • Provide recommendations to operational management on ways of improving customer service.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing in line with projected planning.
  • Maintain resourcing schedule and provide regular reporting as required.
  • Act in line with Our Cleanaway Way and Cleanaway Leadership Model actively contributing to creating a high-performance, values-based company culture.
  • Assist operational management in achieving service delivery through efficient resource allocation.
Your skills and experience
  • Proven skills in resource planning/scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities.
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Database and Resource Planning tools).
