- Act as our brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external communications, materials and outputs align with our brand vision & business goals.
- Design, create, and maintain marketing assets, social media graphics, documents and collateral, and promotional materials.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage our company LinkedIn and Facebook pages, as well as our company website, ensuring content is relevant, up to date, and SEO-optimised.
- Lead & deliver important projects across the business in collaboration with our team & marketing agency. This could include talent attraction campaigns, launching video content, website upgrades & “Insert your bright ideas here”.
- Continuously look for ways to elevate our brand image, the content we produce, and the way we do things.
- Understanding of branding and marketing theories, strategies, best practice and platform optimisation for marketing services to a professional audience (including LinkedIn, website SEO, email marketing).
- Familiarity with social media platforms & analytics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or scheduling/automation platforms).
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills, with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- High level of technical proficiency, with the ability to harness marketing systems and tools effectively, or an eagerness to learn and have a go (e.g., ATS, ROI-AI, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong team player with the ability to work with others to achieve shared goals and collaborate on innovative solutions.
- Willingness to learn & not afraid to give something a go, ask for help and feedback, and strive to get better every day.
