You will be required to perform the following:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Payroll project using agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies, ensuring outcomes are on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders by facilitating workshops, presentations, and providing regular updates, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, escalations, and decision-making to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and business readiness plans in collaboration with change and communications teams, ensuring successful adoption of the new payroll solution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and contributing to broader project management practices.
- Manage all aspects of execution including build, unit/system test, user acceptance testing, implementation, change activities, vendor engagement, financials, risk management, and post-go-live support.
