- Salary: RN/M2C $87,416 to $110,497 p.a. (Pro-rata) + Superannuation, Salary Sacrifice Benefits and leave loading
- Temporary Part time position working 20 hours per week up to 9 January 2027

- Reduce emergency department presentations and hospital admissions for clients with respiratory conditions
- Reduce length of stay for patients with respiratory illness admitted to EFNLHN hospitals
- Timely transfer of respiratory patients from Metropolitan health services to their community or residence
- Facilitate effective use of health services by vulnerable groups
- Supporting the education, self-management, and pulmonary rehabilitation of participants to best manage their health condition
- Delivery of SA Health Home Oxygen Program, including assessment, care planning, evaluation and review.
- Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
- At least 3 years full time equivalent, post registration experience
- With demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards, you will have effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- With the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.
- Experience working with Aboriginal consumers and communities to provide culturally appropriate health services, with the ability to engage and influence others to improve Aboriginal Health services provided to the local community.
- Possess an understanding of Aboriginal culture and the ability to develop this knowledge within the team you manage and across the health service generally.
- Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
