- Effective financial management around Cost of Goods Sale, sales budgets and profits
- Effective stock management, quality improvement and reporting
- Leading a large team of passionate individuals to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests;
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate;
- Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience;
- Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top line sales.
- Monitor service standards and procedures followed by team members and take action where standards not achieved including informal and formal performance management processes
- Proactively drive team morale and promote a productive and enjoyable team culture and environment
- Make decisions and take appropriate action in regards to problems or conflicts between team members
- Ensure optimum efficiency and achievement by focusing on business needs, setting priorities and maximising productivity and development of strategic organization goals that pertain to hotel and F&B operational performance and achieve business goals
- Implement and monitor feedback mechanisms to improve operations and the service culture
