With sustained growth across our New South Wales (NSW) Operations and Projects; we are seeking multiple Service Representatives to specialise in Secure Power solutions.Based out of Sydney, as a Services Representative (Secure Power), you will support customers from many industries including Data Centres, Healthcare Facilities, Telecommunications and Industrial Manufacturing. You will work with advanced power technologies including Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems, Batteries, Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Monitoring Software.What YOU will do Day-To-Day
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections, testing and maintenance.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, coordinating with internal teams or external vendors, if necessary.
- System Upgrades: Installation and Commissioning of new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Customer Support: Technical support; offering guidance on operation and maintenance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record service activities, including maintenance reports, repair logs, and inventory management.
- Safety: Role model safe-working practices, including adherance to safety policies and procedures.
- Experience as Electrician/Technician with Secure Power Applications
- Full Drivers License
- A Customer-First mind-set
- Experience with Schneider Electric products is great, but not essential
