Your RoleAs a Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) Case Worker, you will provide high-quality case management and coordination services to women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. You will work within a dedicated, compassionate team to ensure client safety and well-being, empowering clients to remain safely in their homes.Your ResponsibilityConduct trauma-informed intake assessments, safety planning, and risk assessments.Support clients with housing, income, employment, education, and social connections.Perform home safety audits and coordinate upgrades for secure living environments.Lead culturally sensitive, client-centred case planning.Build strong partnerships with NSW Police, legal services, healthcare providers, and community groups.Provide referrals and ensure clients access essential services.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed support.Participate in on-call duties as part of a rotating roster.Attend Safety Action Meetings, provide court support, and engage with key stakeholders.You Will Need
